So Jazzy, So Brooklyn, SOCO! is the creation of famed Negril restaurateurs Peter Best, Malissa Browne, and Sim Walker. soco’s menu is a refreshing southern fusion of cajun, creole and soul food. with the launch of the new restaurant located in the clinton hills section of brooklyn, soco needed a web presence that reflects its unique vision, taste, and style. the site also needed to be easy to navigate, book reservations, check out the menu, and share almost anything on the site via social media.
solution
we took the essence of southern cuisine and gave it some funk to make this website look as good as the food tastes. the high quality images of the restaurant and food, influenced our creative palette to give the pages movement. we utilized wordpress as a contact managment system, so that every page can be easily & quickly updated. the menu items that can be easily shared through social media sites like Facebook and twitter. whether making reservations, sending invitations to friends or simply exploring the menu, this site is meant to give the user a great sense of the restaurant’s flavor.
